In addition, ROVEMA has sales and service centers around the world to support more than 25,000 installations, among them several hundred lines. Millions of packages per day are produced by the expertise and innovation of ROVEMA-technology both on single machines and complete packaging systems. o Responsibility of the Financial management and Information Technology functions spread across 3 manufacturing sites, 9 companies, 850 employees and $120 million in revenue. o Constructed the acquisition of the group's 15 entities and subsequent 3 acquisitions in 2009, entry into the Chinese market parallel to financial and operational optimization working with financial and strategic partners in USA, Germany and Spain. o As Managing Director, restructured business and financial operations, successfully navigating German operations through $80 million restructuring and new structure of 5 new entities in 2010 while securing $10 million in new financing. o Financially and operationally engineered acquisition of largest Spanish (Barcelona) competitor out of bankruptcy with $25 million in sales, integrating and relocating operations of 3 business units, inclusive of 100 people, within 90 days.
